Master Builders provides its members with a full range of workplace relations services.
Master Builders, for example, produces a Modern Award Manual which assists all users of the industry Modern Award, the Building and Construction General On-Site Award 2010.
At a State and Territory level, the MBA offers members advice and representation in relation to:

- Award conditions
- Employment legislation, including workers compensation, annual and long service leave and discrimination
- Enterprise agreements
- Unfair dismissals
- Apprenticeships
- Site allowance claims
- Redundancy
- Superannuation
Sources of advice include immediate telephone advice, representation in negotiation with unions, on-site audits, advocacy and preparation of documents.
Master Builders officers can also advise of recent developments and specific local industrial conditions.
Master Builders Australia also represents its members' interests to Government. Master Builders Australia is a member of the National Labour Consultative Council, the peak tripartite consultative body on industrial relations in Australia.
