Understanding the Fair Work Act - Seminars

These free seminars are tailored to the building and construction industry and explain how the new workplace relations laws will apply to your business and employees. Contractors, subcontractors and their staff are welcome to attend. Topics include: unfair dismissal, union right of entry, modern awards, the National Employment Standards, transfer of business, Small Business Fair Dismissal Code, agreement making, industrial action and general protections.
