Well known Queensland builder DTL Constructions has outshone builders from around Australia to win the prestigious National Residential Builder of the Year award on the weekend.

The luxury lifestyle builder was awarded the coveted title for their luxurious Sanctuary Cove home ‘Villa Florentine’ at the Master Builders National Excellence in Building and Construction Awards at the Convention Centre in Adelaide over the weekend.

The stunning 1,540m2 residence was also awarded National Luxury Project Home over $3M.

“Winning the Master Builders Australia National Luxury Project Home over $3M is a major achievement, but the builder went on to outshine building and construction firms from all state and territories to emerge victorious as the Master Builders Australia National Residential Builder of the Year,” Denita Wawn, CEO of Master Builders Australia said.

“DTL Constructions embodied the qualities of a Master Builder providing an excellent quality outcome for its clients and brought to life a master architectural design that spans three elevated blocks,” she said.

“Columns, marble and stone, as well as arched windows and entries are just a few of the breathtaking features of this grand home in Sanctuary Cove. It represents the epitome of European style and artful elegance,” Denita Wawn said.

"It's obvious that DTL Constructions has an unbridled commitment to excellence in building," she said.

“The end result of this stunning residence demonstrates there was no compromise on the level of finish achieved and the home is simply outstanding on every level,” Denita Wawn said.

DTL Constructions were also awarded National Project Home $500k to $1M for their Brookwater home.
