Award winning builder Scott Salisbury Homes has taken home a Master Builders Australia National Excellence Award.

The iconic SA builder won the prestigious Toyota National Display Home $350,000 to $500,000 for their ‘Harrison’ display home at the National Excellence in Building and Construction Awards in Adelaide on the weekend.

Denita Wawn, CEO of Master Builders Australia said it was no surprise to see Scott Salisbury Homes again being recognised for their prowess.

“The Harrison adopts a visionary approach to luxury living, thoughtfully designed and expertly crafted to the highest standard. It boasts elegant living areas throughout, whilst exhibiting iconic trademark innovation with bold and contemporary finishes and textures,” Denita Wawn said.

Exceptionally designed with stunning street appeal, the Harrison has lofty 3m ceilings, a large entry void, full height commercial windows and a unique Skillion roof design assisted in amplifying the home’s scale and to optimise natural light.

“This home is a credit to the Scott Salisbury team as well as the external stakeholders, with project delivery exceeding expectations. Through careful site management, coordination of tradespeople and services, The Harrison was completed eight weeks earlier than anticipated, achieving an outstanding twenty-week build time,” Denita Wawn said.

“Scott Salisbury Homes are deserving winners of their National Display Home award and their quality workmanship and attention to detail embodies the excellent outcomes that Master Builders provide to their clients,” Denita Wawn said.
